NEWS FOR NURSERY AND PRIMARY SCHOOL PARENTS

BEGINNING OF 2^nd TERM BULLETIN FOR NURSERY AND PRIMARY SCHOOL PARENTS 2020

With great joy in my heart I welcome you back from the Christmas holidays. We thank God for the opportunity to see another new year.

School resumed on 13^th January, 2020 and closes 9^th April 2020 Gods willing and any adjustment will be duly communicated.

For this term and session as we are aware some basic underlying ethics and principles that has been drawn out for the session will still and be religiously adhered to. All we need is your usual cooperation to enable us achieve our theme for the session “Winning Together” in other words “TEAM WORK”

Teachers Training

A seminar on sickle cell disease as it relates to educating ourselves and future generations was held on the 10^th of January, 2020 it was mind blowing and fills of information which teachers need to support adults and  children with such challenges. it is important to know that sickle cell disease is on the rise and the best method of solving the challenge of sickle cell is prevention. it is how ever encouraging to know that medical science is carrying out reaserach to find the cure.

Resumption Time – Our resumption time is 7:30. We understand with our parents who come from far away locations. We however plead with you to do better in leaving home early. Remember the gate closes at 8:00am.

Communication Book – Our Communication books go out on Tuesdays and Thursdays for pupils in Nursery and Primary 1 – 4.

We urge our parents to kindly read through, make comments and append signature.

Uniform And Dressing

We still insist on our pupils wearing the correct uniform purchased in the school please note that we will not permit defaulters into their classes this term.

We hope our pupils learn to obey rules and regulations both at home and school.

Beads And Other Hair Accessories

Now that the yuletide season is over we appeal to our parents to ensure that the girls do not resume with any hair accessories.

The use of beads, hair accessories, attachments, dangling ear-rings are prohibited in the school, This is a school rule and for safety reasons. Hence we employ our parents to cooperate in keeping our pupils safe.  Remember to add white,black or grey panty, hose long socks and the recommended cardigan in your shopping list against the cold weather.

School Fees: We sincerely appreciate you all for prompt payment of fees. We also pray that God rewards your labour of love. We encourage those that are yet to pay to complete their payment to please do so before mid term .
