PANAF Admission policy

There must be vacancies in the class before considering any candidate for admission. Parents have to make inquiryfor existing vacancies.

Admission is usually open to these classes at the beginning of a new session Daycare, Reception class, Nursery 1, Primary1, J.S.S 1 and S.S.1

The school does not admit any candidate into J.S 3, SS 2 and SS 3

Registration for studentship begins with a payment of a non-refundable deposit of 5,000 naira

Admission forms can be downloaded here CLICK TO DOWNLOAD from the school website filled and submitted in the school for authentication using the admissions email, also admission forms can be bought directly from the school.

Completed admission forms can also be scanned and sent to admissions@panaf.sch.ng

A placement/entrance test is organized, followed by oral interview

Successful candidates would be offered admission

Admission letters are issued with a breakdown of fees including boarding requirements (boarders only), list of booksand cost of uniforms are attached.

Bank tellers are issued for payment of school fees.

A copy of the bank teller must get to the bursar’s table before the stated day for resumption

After completion of the above processes classes are allocated accordingly.

Mode of Application

Admission form can be downloaded , filled and return to school

Admission forms can also be purchased and filled at the school

Attach two recent passport size photograph, records from previous school, and certificate of fitness and birthcertificate/declaration of age.

Admission forms would be sorted and a list of candidate would be short listed to take entrance exam.

What it takes to be accepted

Must be of good behavior which would be determined during oral interviews.
Must have passed the entrance exams conducted at 50% and above.
Must have purchased, filled application admission form and return.
Must have provided the following documents

Medical certificate of fitness
Record from previous school
Passport size photograph
Birth certificate
Must have registered ad shown evidence of payment of fees

Must be ready to abide by all rules and regulations of the school
Must sign an undertaken on the last page of the prospectus
